"Nice bag, but the pocket issue feels avoidable"
I like the bag overall, but the pockets are just okay. They feel a little small and kind of awkward to use, which seems like something that could’ve been easily avoidable.

"Bad timing, but the warranty repair was super easy"
Of course my bag’s zipper decided to act up after just a few months, and right when I really didn’t want to deal with sending it in. Bad timing more than anything. But Hobo made the warranty process surprisingly easy. I mailed it to them, they fixed it quickly, and they kept me updated along the way. no drama at all.

and I’ve had this bag from hobobags.com for a few weeks now, and I’m happy with it. The main thing I was worried about was the zipper, but it’s been smooth and hasn’t been catching on the fabric at all.
I’m giving it 4 stars only because one of the outside pocket zippers feels a little stiff once in a while. It’s not a huge issue, just something I noticed. Overall, it feels well made and I’d probably buy from them again.

"Really happy with the leather quality"

"Comfortable strap, though I remember wishing it were wider"
I bought a hobo bag from hobobags.com, and from what I remember after using it day to day, the strap was comfortable overall. It didn’t really dig into my shoulder, even when I had my usual stuff packed inside. The only thing I noticed after carrying it around for a full day was that it started to feel a little thin. Not a dealbreaker, though, I’m still happy with the bag

When I got the bag, the first thing I checked was the color since I was hoping it would match the photos. It was close overall, just a little darker in person than it looked online. Still really nice, though.

"Tracking was straightforward"
I ordered a bag and the tracking was easy enough to follow once it actually got going. Like always, the first scan took a bit to show up, so I kept checking it a few times wondering if anything was happening. After that, though, everything moved along normally and it showed up when it was supposed to. Overall it was a good experience, I just wish tracking updates would start sooner because that first wait always feels longer than it is

"Easy checkout with decent payment options"
Checkout was straightforward, and I appreciated having a few different ways to pay. My card went through without any issues, so that part was smooth. Reading between the lines, it seems like the payment options are there, they just don’t really show them until a little later than I’d prefer. Not a big deal though, overall it was simple and hassle-free...

I liked it overall. The stitching looks nice and you can tell some care went into it, and it has that handmade feel I was hoping for. There are a couple little flaws here and there, but that kind of adds to it in a way. It’s not perfect, but I’m happy with it

"Roomier than I thought for the price"
I got the medium hobo and was pleasantly surprised by how much it fits. I can easily throw in my wallet, keys, sunglasses, a small makeup pouch, and even a water bottle without it feeling stuffed.
I was a little nervous it might look too big in person, especially since I try to be careful about what I spend on bags, but it actually sits really nicely on my shoulder. It feels practical without looking like a travel bag, so I’m happy with it

"Honestly, It’s Held Up Well"
I’ve been using my hobo bag almost every day for about 14 months now, and I have to admit, it still looks good. I kind of expected the straps or zippers to start giving me trouble by now, but they’re still totally fine. Solid bag, surprisingly

I had to send a bag back because the size just wasn’t quite right for me. The return process was straightforward, and I’d say I got my refund maybe a few days after they received it. No back-and-forth, no weird confusing emails, and I didn’t have to chase anyone down. the whole thing took about 5 minutes to sort out and went smoother than I expected

I wasn’t expecting much since it was so affordable. But it’s actually a solid little bag. Looks nice, feels sturdy enough, and fits all my everyday stuff without any issue. Shipping was fine too. Nothing fancy, but definitely good value. I’d buy it again.
